Shipping & Delivery We are delighted to ship your unique Velvetica pieces worldwide via our trusted partners UPS, FedEx, DHL, and TNT, ensuring they reach you in just 3-5 days. Once your package leaves our atelier, we will share a tracking number with you so you can follow its journey.

To ensure your order arrives safely, we kindly recommend providing an address where you can sign for the delivery, such as your workplace. While we act with the utmost care, please note that the safety of the package upon delivery is the recipient's responsibility. Due to the exclusive nature of our international orders, all sales are final. We do not offer returns or exchanges unless, of course, there has been an error on our part regarding the item, color, or size.
