Please be aware that international orders may be subject to customs duties, taxes, and import fees determined by your country’s government. As Velvetica, we ship via premium carriers (FedEx, UPS, DHL), and these additional charges are not included in your shipping cost.

How the Process Works: Upon arrival of your goods, the courier company will contact you directly to arrange the payment of any applicable duties or handling fees. They will provide a detailed bill, which typically needs to be settled within 1-2 weeks to release your package.

Refusal of Delivery: Since we cannot predict or control these government fees, they are the sole responsibility of the recipient. Please note that if you decide to reject the shipment due to these charges, you will still be responsible for the original shipping costs and any duties incurred. In such cases, we are unable to offer a refund for the product.
