Delivery Time & Processing

  • Shipping Time: Global delivery typically takes just 3-5 business days.

  • Tracking: Once your order is dispatched from our atelier, you will receive a tracking number via email to follow your package’s journey in real-time.

Shipping Rates Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and the weight/dimensions of your order. We strive to offer the most competitive rates for express international shipping.

Secure Delivery & Liability Our agreement with the shipping carriers is "delivery at the buyer's address."

  • Recommendation: To ensure the security of your package, we highly recommend providing a delivery address where you (or someone you trust) will be present to sign for the package—such as your workplace.

  • Responsibility: Please note that once the package is handed over to the carrier, Velvetica cannot be held responsible for delays, lost packages, or theft upon delivery. However, in the unlikely event of an issue, we will gladly assist you in contacting the carrier to resolve the situation.

Customs, Duties, and Taxes For international orders, please be aware that import duties, taxes, and brokerage fees are not included in the product price or shipping and handling cost. These charges are the buyer’s responsibility as we are only charging the transportation fee for your order. You may check with your country’s customs office to determine if there will be additional costs.

Returns & Exchanges Due to the exclusive and handcrafted nature of our collection, all international sales are final.

  • We do not offer returns or exchanges for change of mind or sizing issues (please refer to our size guide before purchasing).

  • Exception: If you receive an incorrect item, wrong color, or wrong size due to an error on our part, please contact us immediately. We will make it right at no additional cost to you.
