Shipping expense for retail purchases will be covered by Velvetica company unless otherwise agreed before purchasing. For wholesale may be different. Please ask.

Velvetica uses the best International couriers such as UPS, FEDEX, DHL,TNT to ship products and our agreement with them is "delivery at the buyer's address". The tracking number will be shared with the clients as soon as provided by the courrier, ( usually next day )

Velvetica is not responsible if the product is late or lost during shipping after leaving Istanbul & Turkey customs. All responsibility belongs to the buyer.

You should be aware that, if you are buying goods online, you may have to pay Customs duty, depending on your country and Velvetica is not responsible for that.
