Our Approach to Returns At Velvetica, every piece is uniquely handcrafted with care. Due to the exclusive nature of our collection, all international sales are considered final. We do not offer returns or exchanges for change of mind.

Damages and Issues Your satisfaction is our priority. While we inspect every item before shipping, mistakes can rarely happen.

  • When to Contact Us: Please inspect your order upon reception. If you believe you have received a defective item, a damaged product, or the wrong size/color, please contact us immediately.

  • Eligibility: To be eligible for a return in these specific cases, your item must be in the same condition that you received it: unworn, unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

  • Important: Please do not send items back to us without first requesting a return, as they cannot be accepted or processed.
